THE EFFECT OF WOMEN EXECUTIVE ON BANK PERFORMANCE (STUDY ON BANKING FIRMS LISTED IN INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE IN THE PERIOD OF 2010 – 2019)

The aim of this study is to determine the effect Women Executive on bank performance banking firms listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010- 2019. Independent variables used women executive which measured with female CEO. Dependent variable Return Asset (ROA) and Equity (ROE). This also uses control including board commissioner size, proportion foreign commissioner, independent firm growth, dividend policy, age, Net Performing Loan (NPL), Deposit Ratio (LDR). data taken from annual report that are during 2010-2019. sampling method purposive sampling. research model unbalanced panel Random Effect Model approach. results obtained CEO has significant ROE, but does not have ROA.
